Obras en el apartamento de al lado Imposible quedarnos Nos han cobrado el día de estancia más 60 euros de limpieza. Es cierto que han considerado el problema que teníamos y no nos han obligado a quedarnos, pero he echado de menos una mayor devolucion económica. Hemos pagado 242 eur por una sola noche en un sitio que resultó totalmente inhóspito desde las 8 de la mañana.

Wohnung entspricht nicht den Fotos. Kästen waren mit Allerlei gefüllt, Staubsauger, Decken, alte Bettwäsche……schmudelig

We’ve stayed in this apartment for two consecutive years, first for 14 days and then for 7 days. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. The balcony is spacious and offers a wonderful view of Costa Adeje and the sea.

The apartment needs a deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas (including the oven and electric grill). The kitchen could use an upgrade, and the balcony door does not lock, which should be fixed for safety and comfort. We would love to return in the future, hopefully to an updated version of this otherwise lovely apartment.

Piękny widok z tarasu. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne i nawet w to co rzadko jest potrzebne. Dwie niezależne klimatyzacje chadzają pomieszczenia w 5 minut. Drugi raz zamówił bym ponownie.

Łóżko w salonie jest niewygodne

Me gustó todo en general pero sobre todo la terraza y las preciosas vistas al mar. Tienes de todo en el alojamiento. El trato con la propietaria muy bueno sin duda quedamos encantados.La urbanización es muy tranquila.

Nos gustó todo , lo único malo es si tienes problemas de movilidad ya que tienes que subir escaleras para entrar en el apartamento y para ir a la piscina tienes que subir más de 80 escalones.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon und die Sitzgelegenheiten sind schön und komfortabel. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sauber und die Ausstattung der Küche war ordentlich.

Fehlende Rauchmelder: Es ist nicht nachvollziehbar, dass es Unterkünfte gibt, die nicht mit Rauchmeldern ausgestattet sind. Für unter 20 Euro bekommt man einen Rauchmelder mit 10 Jahre Batterie, der im Notfall leben retten kann. Das sollte einem die Sicherheit seiner Gäste Wert sein und deshalb diese schlechte Bewertung, in der Hoffnung, dass dies geändert wird und zukünftige Gäste mit kleinen Kindern ohne Sorge einschlafen können. Zu klein für 4 Erwachsene: Die Wohnung ist eigentlich eher für 3 Personen geeignet, da die Liegefläche auf dem Schlafsofa so schmal ist (Schätzungsweise 120 cm). Mit ganz kleinen Kindern geht es, für 4 Erwachsene ist das aber nicht geeignet. Bettbezüge für das Schlafsofa musste man sich selbst zusammensuchen. Keine Barrierefreiheit, wie angegeben: Es hat uns zwar nicht direkt betroffen, aber in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung steht: "Gesamte Wohneinheit im Erdgeschoss" "Gesamte Wohneinheit ist rollstuhlgerecht". Das ist völlig irreführend. Man erreicht die Wohnung ausschließlich über eine schmale Außentreppe und ich bezweifle stark, dass man im kleinen Bad mit einem Rollstuhl an der Toilette vorbei zur Dusche kommt. Zudem sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, wenn man den Pool nutzen möchte, dieser befindet sich in der Anlage weiter unten und man muss viele Treppen steigen. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer auf Bett ausgerichtet: Die Klimaanlagen in der Unterkunft sind an sich gut, leider ist die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer genau auf das Bett ausgerichtet, was äußerst ungünstig ist. In der Wohnung unterhalb wurde renoviert (Baulärm!) - Dafür kann die Unterkunft selbst nichts, aber es hat beim Aufenthalt doch gestört, da auf der Terasse sehr viel Schleifstaub war, der entweder kurz vor der Ankunft entstanden ist oder die Terasse vorher nicht gereinigt wurde.

La terrasse est confortable et spacieuse et la vue est incroyable. Il y a deux clim séparées dans le salon et la chambre. L'appartement est très bien équipé (cafetière Dolce Gusto), on a même trouvé un parasol, un ballon, et la piscine est très agréable. La chambre est confortable et fournit beaucoup de rangements. L'hôte est très réactif. La magnifique plage de Playa del Duque et le marché aux puces de Costa Adeje sont a 5 min en voiture. On n'est pas loin non plus du port de Los Cristianos, de la plage de surf d'El Medano et de l'aéroport (15min)et de los Gigantes (25min).

Lorsqu'on vient à 4, le couchage dans le salon sur le canapé n'est pas confortable, il y a d'un côté une planche en bois sous un matelas très fin. La piscine est 5 étages plus bas par escalier, on peut y accéder en voiture sinon. Le front de mer de Costa Adeje est assez hideux par endroits, par l'architecture des hôtels clonés qui s'alignent à l'infini, et par la profusion de magasins et leurs pubs criardes.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Every item is available to make it a home from home. The large balcony has breathtaking views and definitely a space to relax and entertain in. A big thank you to the owner who was on hand for help when the entire development/complex electricity went off. Resolved by calll to owner and location of fuse box advised. All in all, a fab stay.

The host contacted us before our travel sending us info about the apartment location and check-in, and even met us at our (late night) arrival to give us the keys. The apartment is located in a residential area which is quiet at night, though it is not within walking distance to the nearest beach (given the pretty steep hill walk). We had a car and worked fine: it's a 4 minutes drive to the beaches and restaturants/supermarkets, and parking is always available right outside the apartment. The apartment itself is super spacious and clean, but the highlight is surely the amazing, large balcony looking towards the ocean! We did not cook any meal home, but there was plenty of equipment for preparing breaksfast (mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, etc). There also were a kettle and coffee maker. If you plan a relaxing vacation which includes visits to different parts of the island, we can definitely recommend this place!
