We met an extremely helpful, punctual, and precise host. He answered any questions we had immediately. He also helped us with things that were really not his business. He was also extremely flexible in the process of taking over the accommodation. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped, with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The location is safe and the view is beautiful. I can only recommend it!

"A perfect getaway!"

Ideal location if you preffer silence and perfect sound of ocean waves. No cars driving infront of your apt. windows, no drunk parties around, no trash pick up at 5AM with the sound of breaking glass. Basically own beach. Essential amenities are there. The apartment is spacious, gets decent sunlight. All essential cutlery is there should you want to prepare meal yourself. Upon arrival we dicovered some stuff left for our convenience, which was very nice. Thanks for that! Regardless of minor drawbacks, probably the best place we have stayed in Tenerife.

The nearest shop we found was SPAR in San Andres, so you have to drive. It would be nice if there was a cleaning service as lack of aircon (has ceiling fans though), leads to open windows and a daily washing of floors which was exausting (as we love cleanliness). Also discovered that under the bed, sofas and TV stand it was not cleaned - did it ourselves (due to allergies need to keep it clean).

Spectacular location, quiet and safe. Private volcanic beach , stunning landscape.

No facilities, not even a vending machine for some drinks. You got to stock on the nearby village. 1,3 km as the crow flies, 5 km twisters road. Elevators work erratically. One was in maintenance, the other had some blackouts. The apartment is on level 3. The parking is on level 10. Do the math.
