"Falta de limpieza"

La ubicación.

La limpieza. Al apartamento, en general, le hace falta una vuelta profunda en cuanto a aseo y limpieza. Las paredes están sucias, al igual que los techos. El plato de la ducha se atasca y tampoco es que esté muy limpio…. Respecto a la ropa de cama, sábanas sucias y edredón con manchas amarillas. Vamos, bastante mal respecto a este hecho. A todo esto, hay que añadirle que hay un garito nocturno enfrente de una de las habitaciones. Como las ventanas son antiguas y de madera, dormir ha sido bastante difícil. En fin. Una pena porque la ubicación merece muchísimo la pena. Pero creo que con lo que pagamos con el alquiler, que mínimo que tener unas condiciones mínimas de limpieza. No lo repetiría.

La ubicación y lo grande que es. Es luminoso.

No había lavavajillas para limpiar los platos. El sofá es bastante incómodo al estar hundido por uno de los lados. No había ni servilletas ni bolsas de basura. Hay que desatascar (posiblemente de pelos) el desagüe de la ducha. Faltan enchufes en las habitaciones para conectar a recargar los móviles en las distintas mesitas y camas. La tele tiene algunos puntos LED que han saltado debido al uso y se ve con mucho brillo o destello en algunos puntos.

La ubicacion en pleno centro .

La limpieza ,las tuallas muy antiguas ,nada de champu gel de ducha, la instalaciones antiguas ,se notaba que tenia pello y pelusia en el suello ....

A localização era incrível, o apartamento era muito grande e confortável, ficava mesmo no centro comercial de ronda e tudo é muito perto a pé.
