"Worst experience ever!"

On my birthday, I waited an hour and a half on a cold street at night waiting for the key to be brought to me because the online service was not working. I was constantly deceived on the phone, saying that a colleague would arrive in 15 minutes, as a result, an hour and a half passed. The apartment was dirty. Someone's hair on the pillow, crumbs on the table, used capsules near the coffee machine. They didn't respond to my messages about it, they didn't make any compensation. Terrible experience!

"our stay was smooth"

the staffs were honest , we left an item in the property when we check out and they get back to me tfoe the collection also we like the location as it’s close to the shops, it got goo access .

"Practic"

It's well located, good relation price/quality

I had attached all the required documents and I did the €200 deposit and 1 day before the stay I didn't receive the instructions for the auto check in. I had to call Booking to contact someone because they didn't reply by WhatsApp neither the Booking chat. Finally Booking solved my issue, apparently the pictures of the passports were never received 🤷‍♂️
