Location, Swimming pool, cleanliness view to the mountains and sea.

Its was a problem with the Shower cabinet how how was leaking we let her know and plumber came to tried to fix it but it’s doesn’t work. Kitchen utensils rather worn . Apartment is advertised a Luxury Apartment with Air-condition but it’s only in the Living room and it’s unverifiable to sleep in the Master bedroom and the other one as well. No Fan or nothing you could use in the rooms .There was just a Spanish channels on the TV no Netflix like I wrote about in another review . Insects was in the bathroom and in the living room in back in the sofa,let the owner knows and she said I would let the problem resolved but nothing happened no-one showed up so the problem wasn’t resolved. It’s should be a information for the apartment so people knows how thinks work like washing machines,Dishwasher and TV , were you can call a Taxi or a doctor if it’s necessary.

We spent 2 weeks (family 2 +2) and we couldn't be happier with what we got. Apartment was very clean, spacious, great bedrooms, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms (which is a great advantage when you come with kids), big closets for the clothes, nice living room with TV ( netflix), also TV in the bigger bedroom, kitchen with everything you could need. Dishwasher, coffee machine, pans, pots, you can cook like at home. Washing machine, iron, hair dryer, even some toys for the swimming pool. Balcony exceptional - huge, with shadow in the morning when you want to eat breakfast and some sun in the afternoon. We loved being at the balcony. Air conditioning in the apartment (to get rest properly from the heat outside). Kids loved the swimming pool, it is big, never crowded, very clean, with sun til around 6 p.m. Building itself modern, very clean, even tiles outside wet mopped every day, everything smells fresh and works perfectly. We even had parking space in the underground garage so we never had to go get in to the hot car. Very close to the shopping center, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. You can have nice strolls near playa paraiso. We certainly recommend that apartment.
