Fantastic 3 Bedrooms MAREVERDE, WIFI free

Staff were amazing and helped out with everything requested of them. The pools are amazing the rooms were really good.

There were only a few problems. The pillows were shocking Washing machine would not open so same towels and bedding for two weeks which was not so good. Would benefit from air conditioning

The location is in the area where we always try to stay and also choice of 3 pool's for the kids and the pool bar food and refreshments, being close to all amenities shops/bars/restaurants.

Unfortunately although our stay at the apartment was comfortable it seemed in some areas that it was an unfinished project, due to the fact in the main bathroom no towel rail, no toilet roll holder, no wardrobe in bedroom with en suite, just a few silly things but essential things for a family.

Good location.. felt very safe in complex.. the only thing I didn't like was that we were a group who liked to separate some nights and only got 1 set of keys and I asked for another set which we got but had no key for the main gates to get in.. I will say anything we needed the hosts were very good and fast to respond to us also the pool bar food was lovely and so cheap

Contact before during and after our stay was excellent between Sandra and Arianna. We were allowed to check in earlier than the standard check in time at no extra cost which was very kind of the owners. Having stayed in this apartment before we knew exactly what to expect and it did not let us down. Spacious, well located and well maintained. Will be sure to check out the availability of this apartment for our next stay and cannot thank the hosts enough.

Quality was poor. Beds uncomfortable insufficient pillows poor quality sheets lack of cutlery and decent glasses and the lights fused initially when we used the toaster
