All family members were comfortable and convenient. The apartment is on the second floor, but it was easy to climb even for an elderly person. The kitchen had everything you need. Excellent oven and washing machine. Wonderful and responsive owner of the apartment, thanks to him for allowing us to stay in the apartment until the evening since we had a late flight.

Host was waiting for us when we arrived and was really welcoming. The location was great for getting around, and apartment well equipped, the new washing machine was very useful. We slept really well as it was quiet at night. The apartment is huge, but felt more like someone's home than a holiday let, but it was fine for a few days break.

The apartment is very dated and in need of modernisation but I think this is reflected in the very reasonable rental price. The shower definately needs replacing as it wasn't pleasant to use.

The host was very polite and made us feel at home- excellent welcome *we arrived late at midnight. We had everything necessary in this charming flat. We strongly recommend it, and Alicante is a an amazing city. Definitely would come again.

The host is very friendly and helpful, providing a map and other information, the apartment is very spacious and clean, and he kindly left cold drinks and other things for us. There is AC in two of the rooms, there is a washing machine too. The location is good, being close to the castle, beach and centre.

Two of the bedrooms were quite hot at night but there was also a fan we were able to move into one of the bedrooms.

I was welcomed by the host who was waiting for me. I could find some esentials in the kitchen like cold water, beer and spices. The apartment is just about 10-12 minutes walk from the Postiguet beach, and very near to the center. You'll find a few shops within walking distance.

The kitchen forniture is a bit outdated.
