La amplitud de la terraza y la duchita por fuera. La ubicación es buena porque está en un sitio "apartado" es tranquilo pero a la vez tienes muchas cosas cerca.

Hace muchísimo calor en el apartamento, le falta un aire acondicionado, aunque tiene ventiladores que se agradece muchísimo.

The main patio doors did not lock, the fly screen was broken, there was ample outside space and furniture but only only seat had cushions so you couldn't use the other available seats. There was also not enough useable glass ware available. The light in the communal staircase was not working which was a hazard.
