Duplex con vistas al mar

On a couple of nights there was noise disturbance from adjacent neighbours during the early hours.

Apartment has a modern, well equipped kitchen and stylish bathrooms. There are two terraces from which you can see the sea and Gibralter (it's about a 30 min walk to the Gibraltar border). There is an option to park in the private basement car park but the space is very tight. Instead it's easy to park in the service road adjacent to the main road which is only about 60 metres from the apartment.

Bed is not very comfortable. The TV is small for the size of the room, not HD and has no English channels or Netflix.

The apartment is exactly how it is in the picture. It has everything you need. The balcony is a nice place to sit in the sunshine. Small local shops are close along with a supermarket

The fact that there was maintenance being done while we were there and I had to let the painters in because they were plastering and painting the balconies which was an inconvenience. Although the workers were very friendly and polite

Very approachable,helpful and kind host. From greeting up to our departure we felt looked after. The place is amazing....the view,the terraces and the flat in all is great. Can only recommend it 🥰

It had everything I needed and Pepi was lovely.

The fan in the living room didn’t cool the whole room, so could do with better air conditioning in the summer.
