Very nice clean apartment

We couldn’t fit the safety bar on the top bunk bed . the the water drains very slow in shower in the bedroom

The apartment is convenient and clean. Everything went smoothly.

The bedroom with the bunkbed is small. We rented the apartment for 5 people and there were only 4 tablechairs.

"We had to waste time to commute every day."

They are misguiding by writing address of their head office showing that property is located in central Madrid. This is extremely false information. When we reached that address as written on Booking.com advertisement, there was MIT office only, no apartment. Their staff gave correct address of property and we have to take taxi to reach there. Apartment is not in the city center. We selected this apartment only because of city center location they have written in their advertisement

"Nice and comfy"

Near to metro station and supermarkets. well equiped and cosy for a family. The two bathrooms were very helpful.

Everything automated and if you do not have wifi might be a problem to access apartment. Room a bit small and bathroom water evacuation very slow. The guarantee requested and terms imposed after payment made via booking.com not clear and the apartment access removed at some point in time and we had to call for access to be reestablished.

"Nice place good for families close enough to the main attractions of Madrid"

very good location close to the metro, buses, supermarkets, lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment lots of storage space. The system with the app was easy to use.

Not enough amenities for 5 people for a whole week (only 1 bag for the trash, only 2 tabs for the dishwasher). As it is an inside apartment it can feel a bit dark and you need to ve very intentional about airing otherwise it feels a bit damp
