M3 Terrace. Cool apartment 15 min center by metro

Buen precio y buena ubicación. El sitio estaba limpio y la ducha funciona bien. La cama no está mal.

Es pequeño. No tiene ninguna ventana exterior. Se nota un poco de humedad.

Kitchen was fine for making something small. Greengrocer, butcher and baker around the corner. Metro is also around the corner.

No natural light (you couldn't look outside). Very noisy (you could literally hear everything). Boiler is very small, only 1 person can shower very quickly. Bed was completely saggy. Possibility of extra towels was not possible. Request to check in earlier was also not possible.

Location close to the metro • Communication with the host • Kitchen equipment • Value for money • Surrounding area (grocery stores, bakeries,...)

Only bar stools to sit on • Noise from the other room on the floor (though the host resolved this quickly) • Automatic lights in the hallway shone to the apartment (and there was no way to block them)

The apartment is very well located, close to metro, supermarkets and local shops. The owner is absolutely fantastic, the communication was extremely smooth and she was always available. We had a tiny problem when we arrived with the microwave (didn’t work) and she immediately replaced the day after. To compensate we were not charged the tourist fee, which was extremely kind. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was extremely clean. It had the essential for a 4 day stay.

The smaller bedroom is as shown in the pictures, but my sons had to enter the bed from the bottom as the two beds open go from wall to wall. For smaller kids it works, for my teenager of 15 and 12 was a bit complicated. The apartment had too many house perfumes bottles( mikado scents) for its size which we had to put outside.

The beds were extremeley comfortable.
