Penthouse on the beachfront

Beachfront location, lovely spacious sun terrace, watching beautiful sunrises

The location was very good just off the A7 main road, looking out to sea over a small beach, with shops (an ALDI), petrol, a couple of restaurants nearby. Very nice roof terrace (solarium). Very large hotel Elba almost next door. Beautiful sunrises.

The immediate advertised bar & restaurant was closed. An information pack about local facilities etc., would be very helpful, as we drove into town initially to a chemist, and bars / restaurants, when there were a few just up, on the opposite side of the dual carriageway road.

The accommodation was found in a totally unacceptable unfit-for-purpose condition. Numerous photographs (30+) are available that were taken that record the unhygienic, filthy and damaged state of the accommodation as identified throughout the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living areas. This record indicates that the property owner or lettings manager should have been aware of the state at that time. I would caution any prospective bookings until Booking.com has certified the property has been fully cleaned and repaired prior to it being advertised on Booking.com's website.

Perfect location, spectacular views, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be returning. x

The apartment with sea view is amazing! It has everything you need, fully equipped. Plus it is very tastefully decorated 🙂 We had a really good time. We'll be back! I recommend it to everyone!

We spent only 6 nights here. Should have stayed more!

no coffee maker and oven didn’t work.

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea right on the beach. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved the huge outside area and was close to the supermarket which was very handy.

it’s a bit far out of town

Excellent location on the seafront with sea view from conservatory & terrace. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom.

It is described as an exclusive penthouse but the second bedroom was very basic & damp & the oven & dishwasher did not work in the kitchen ( although a separate electric oven was provided). The conservatory leaked in the rain & one of the double glazed sliding doors was blown so effected the view. The bathroom was dated

Nice apartment with the large terrace,2 bedrooms ,beach just at the front of apartment ,plenty parking space for the car ,shops near 5 min walk,will back again.
