La atención,. Nadie nos recibió al llegar y habían varios imprevisto.

La casa es amplia y no le falta detalle. La ubicación es perfecta. Pasamos unos días inolvidables y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Lo único a lo que le doy puntos negativo es a la limpieza. A nuestra llegada los pisos estaban llenos de arena y la encimera de la cocina estaba pegajosa.

Fantastic location, quiet area and close to some great restaurants, a grocery store and beaches. It is spacious and perfect for a couple staying for a longer term, and doing remote work (one of us set up a working station in the living room/kitchen area at the dining table, and other had a desk in the bedroom). We used another bedroom with bunk beds as storage/laundry room. Kitchen was well equipped apart from having an oven, but we were more than fine without it. We loved the decor and its colours- very stylish, cosy and clean property. The terrace was a huge bonus too which made the property truly enjoyable. We also found quite a few thicker/warmer blankets which made our stay more comfortable due to property being a bit cold and bed only having sheets and no duvet. Overall, really comfortable space especially for our needs. Great for those coming for a surfing holiday.

We loved the property but since we stayed for a month, there were some things that caused some discomfort, so most things I will mention here are only relevant to those staying for longer than a week or two. The property seems to be a refurbed garage, which makes the 'apartment' a bit dark and cold, so make sure you have warmer clothes to wear, which is beneficial for both inside and outside, as Famara is quite chilli overall, due to strong winds. Wifi was disconnecting a few times throughout our stay which was annoying since we were remote-working too, but it was doable (it was mainly happening during the bad weather though, and was fine as long as it didn't rain outside). Had issues with a blocked and dirty washing machine but the host was very responsive and he had a repair man to come fix it the next day. A clothes drying rack was attached to the wall in the roofless room/open-air area, which we couldn't use most of the time due to bad weather, and had to hang our laundry all over the furniture inside, so having an indoor drying rack would have been beneficial. Having only one set of bed sheets available caused some discomfort as we struggled to wash them and dry them fast enough. Also, since we were staying for a month, some cleaning supplies would have been nice (I had to purchase some cloths and towels for the kitchen but refused to stock the property with other essentials as toilet/bathroom/floor/anti-bacterial/dish etc liquids/cleaners), so not being able to clean the property ourselves throughout the entire month was probably the biggest con for us.

Really spacious with homely decor situated walking distance from everything.
