Peñamar Apartamentos

Lovely bright,clean apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Excellent location in a quiet street just set back from the main strip. Superb sea view balcony and beautiful view of the mountains from the back

The apartment is well located within a few mins walk from the promenade. It is well equipped with cooking utensils, towels, toiletries etc and it is spotlessly clean. The communication with the host was flawless and very supportive. The airport is only a 10 minute drive away.

There is plenty of parking just in front, but it can be busy at times, and finding parking can be challenging. Due to the road layout in the area (lots of one-way streets), it might take some time. The apartment itself is a bit older, but I want to emphasise that the owner has partially refurbished it and keeps it in good condition. The internet is a bit spotty at times, but overall good (worked from there for 1 week).

Position was good, wifi was good. Shower was nice (but only after we had turned up the boiler settings)

TV didn't work the whole time despite claims that it "was now fixed", buffered every 10 seconds, just unwatchable! The hot water ran out in one shower until we found the boiler and changed the settings, barking dogs from the houses behind, floors were filthy and dusty. Pool towels were offered in the description.....but there was no pool! Parking was really hard, we had to park 2 or 3 streets away, but we are NOT marking it down on that. Its in a residential apartment block, not a complex, so there is no security or gated entrance. Needs some updating and TLC! Could be so much better.

Location It was what it advertised it would be and more Checking it was so easy ever so friendly host We had messages checking we were happy and if needed anything most dont after been paid a defo thumbs up for Host location and appartmemt. No hills bins on hand and no loud noise even though 1 street back from strip.

The apartment was perfect. Everything we needed was there and the owner was very friendly and always helped very quickly with questions. I can 100% recommend this place and would definitely go there again.
