B SLOW San Agustin Condor

Het gaat niet om wat het meest beviel. Het totaalpakket was dik in orde. Prijs kwaliteit top, zwembad aan ons appartement, elke morgen verse broodjes, mogelijkheid tot aankoop van zeer goedkoop water, vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaters, ... San Agustin is daar in dan nog een relaxte locatie op dit moment zeker niet te toeristisch.

We are very happy that we chose these apartments for our stay in Gran Canaria. Communication with Victoria was smooth from the moment we booked. Check-in instructions were precise and clear. The apartments are spacious and bright. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We slept very well here :). The apartments are in a quiet area, close to the beach and supermarkets. We always found a place to park our car on the street. Every morning we found fresh bread on the door handle - a gift from the hosts. You can also pick up some salt, pepper or oil at the reception if you want to cook. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Das ist ein tolles Apartment. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Die Anlage ist ruhig.

Location was good, easy to get around. The shopping centre and all the restaurants are within 5 min walking distance.

The check-in was horrible, we were sent instructions but when we followed them the was no key, Victoria wasn’t responding and we had no choice but ask or pre-booked taxi driver to find out how can we enter the property. Turned out the keys were in a completely different place. When booking an airport transfer I specifically requested if card payment can be used and was assured that the driver will have a card machine. He didn’t. The room we believed to be booking was too floor overlooking the pool, however upon arrival we realised that we got a ground floor room facing another building. Ground floor has 0 privacy and at some point we had someone else sunbathing ring in front of our living room. If we knew we wouldn’t have booked it at all. The complex has 17 flats with only 4 by the pool that are reserved for the regular long stay guests. Essentially the listing is inaccurate. They tried to explain about availability of the top floor apartments and blame the booming.com for not communicating our requests but I am an Airbnb host myself and I can see through the bs. When we asked about the situation we were offered a refund. But where would we go at the last minute in a peak season? Inside the apartment what they claim to be a double bed is in fact two very cheap single frames with single mattresses put together despite claiming to have a double bed in the listing. When you sleep they move and slide on a laminated floors with a loud sound. Our beds were doing it, and we could hear the upstairs bedroom making the same noise throughout the night. The best and only good thing about the place was a fresh bread delivery, however, at some point we had too much and asked them to stop it, which they didn’t. The return airport transfer was horrible, we felt like a cattle. And the driver was rude and shouted that he only takes cash. Again I requested the cashless payment and was assured it will be provided.

Staff amazing. Always there to help if needed. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Location amazing

Bra utrustade lägenheter, fantastisk personal som verkligen ser till att man trivs på boendet. Härligt att få färskt bröd levererat till dörren varje morgon

Kan vara lite dåligt med sol på vissa lägenheter.
