When we entered the apartment, there were two things we noticed- despite the clean floors, we were hit by a terrible sewage smell in the whole place. The pros- The location is good; a supermarket is just next door.

Cons: The entire place had a strong stench of sewage. It was hard to stay and harder to sleep. In terms of bathroom toiletries, there was only one 3/4th- empty bottle of bath liquid in the shower; no hand soap The kitchen cabinet lacked sufficient utensils; there was a toaster full of dried up crumbs from the last usage; the coffee kettle was covered in limescale- obviously we could not use either of them. One of the bedroom's wardrobe was falling apart, we avoided it. When we unfolded the sofa cum bed, the sheet had crumbs and the mattress protector was stained on one side. We understand it is not a luxury stay, however, a small courtesy of providing at least one small waterbottle, and a few toilet rolls would have been appreciated. (there were just 2 rolls for a family of five for 3 nights). Some sheets and towels, probably from an earlier stay, lay strewn on the balcony floor and rack. Communication- without google translation from English to Spanish, we would not have managed! We unfortunately don't speak Spanish. We were contacted by the host just a few hours before arrival and asked to complete an online check in. We were driving on the highway and we found it hard to complete the formalities. So, we pulled over and did that. Other places we had stayed in had sent us the link days in advance. One thing I noticed is that several guests have been mentioning these same issues for the past 2,3 years, but we too had to undergo the same problems even now as those complaints and requests were probably not taken into consideration.

Sehr zentrale dennoch ruhige Lage. Kontaktaufnahme mit Gastgeberin war sehr einwandfrei. Sie war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar. Sie hat uns ausnahmsweise angeboten, den Unterkunft eine Stunde später zu verlassen, da wir aus persönlichen Umständen zu spät angekommen waren. Der Zugang zur Wohnung per Code und Online Check-in waren sehr komfortabel. Die Wohnung ist Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden gerne wieder dort Unterkunft haben.

Uns fehlt nur Fußmatten bzw. Tücher für Füße in Badezimmer.

La casa está muy bonita y tiene todo lo necesario además tiene posibilidad de hacer reserva de parking

The people responsible for the property were really nice and helpful. Even when there was a problem with the door lock, they provided us with an alternative, equal accommodation until the issue was resolved. The lady even kept opening the building door manually for us since I had issues opening it via my phone. The place is clean, well equipped, well lit and easy to get to.

No one really speaks any English at all, which makes communication a bit hard for tourists. We were lucky a member of our family spoke some Spanish.
