La comodidad de tener aparcamiento en un parking público y la ubicación del apartamento. Está muy bien situado. La disposición de los propietarios también fue excelente.

Cerca está un monasterio y durante la fiesta de las cruces se escuchaba la música y el jaleo, pero eso es circunstancial y ajeno al apartamento.
