Loved the location, straight across from the tram and the beach. You can hire sunloungers and an umbrella on the beach, if you are having a beach day.

There was one sunlounger, I do think there should be at least two. Some of the chairs were broken, so one of us always went without a lounger by the pool which was uncomfortable. Some of the restaurants were closed that were nearby, but that didn't spoil the holiday.

After a week there, I can say that the location was perfect for a family with children. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The host was friendly and communicated in english. The Carabiniers tram station is very close and the public parking space in May was available almost all the time. The swimming pool was a great addition - it is a 2 meter deep one!

Some pieces of furniture were aging and had problems with drawers, but that is the only complaint.

Het appartement was stinkend smerig. De badkamer is één schimmelbak, het bankstel durfden wij niet te gebruiken zo vies, pannen waren nog vet van het voorgaande gebruik. Jammer, want vraag dan een vergoeding voor eindschoonmaak, maar niets doen en denken dat je ermee weg kan komen leidt tot klachten. Deze procedure heb ik gestart want het ergert mij enorm. Ten 2e was het zwembad gedurende ons verblijfvoor 75% van de tijd niet te gebruiken vanwege schilder werkzaamheden. Als je daarmee begint en om de dag een paar streken zet ben je gauw 4 dagen bezog. Belachelijk! Doe dat in januari/feb/mert og april niet in mei dan begint het voor seizoen!!!!!
