The location is good and there are beach chairs available.

It was rather dusty everywhere. The couch is full of stains. The AC was very noisy (the owner called a technician and brought us a radiator the next morning. Still, we preferred the radiator given how dusty the AC was). The bathroom has zero ventilation. Appliances are in a pretty bad shape too. The internet is not great and the modem is in a different appartment. The bed has one giant pillow instead of two normal ones. I wouldn't stay there again...

"Great place at San Juan Beach"

Great location directly on the front row to the beach. Spacious apartment. A lot of restaurants nearby. Parking in the front was always available. The tram stop to the center of Alicante is just a couple of minutes walk.
