Luxury Cercas Bajas Vitoria

No vimos al anfitrión pero nos solucionaron las dudas. Limpio, muy bien situado, con todas las comodidades. Nos dejaron para desayunar por lo menos para el día siguiente: un detalle.

Great place! Amazing location, convenient and super well equipped. It has all you need to explore Vitoria and more. Easy access and good communication.

While it was fine for us, some things were slightly tired but functional. Minor inconveniences (also maybe a slightly deeper cleaning)

Location

The property does not include the washing machine. I didn’t realise that the washing machine is not mentioned in the description of the property, that is named ‘luxury’. My dad and brother stayed for 5 days and when raised with host that they needed to use the washing machine the property host said it was broken . I mentioned that it was a great inconvenience for them and whether a discount would be offer. The host replied that broken or not the washing machine was not included. She also asked whether they could be available for the washing machine to be picked up for repairs. They couldn’t assist with this. And later suggested that if they’d been available for the WM to be collected they could have enjoyed its use. I found this extremely unprofessional. Later, I learnt that the WM is operated remotely by the host, should the guest need to use it upon request. Also, Only one key set was available. They needed two key sets and this was not available from the first day. They were available upon request on the following day. One of the chairs in the kitchen was broken. When my dad sat for breakfast, he almost fell over. I didn’t mention this to the host as I tried to avoid further communication with her. Definitely, below expectations, the ‘luxury’ bit in the name of the property is misleading.
