Absolutely perfect. Even had an air fryer. Well maintained. Not a bad thing to say. Beds comfortable.

The road was noisy when you’re in bed in main bedroom but you soon get used to it.

Straight forward easy arrival and handover. Was met at apartment on time & friendly host. We love this apartment and complex. It is a home from home. The apartment is exceptionally clean and so well equipped & modern. Made Verde is a chilled & friendly complex. Great location. 5-10 minutes from beach. Loads of shops & restaurants close by. The apartment has air con in main bedroom & lounge - which is amazing. Plus washing machine & dishwasher. We’ve stayed here a few times & booked to come back in Feb. Love it here!

The only downside to Mare Verde is they are always doing some sort of works on the complex. The last 3 times we’ve been there’s been pools closed, ramps out of use (I use a wheelchair), building around the pool etc. this time the baby pool was closed. Last time it was the big main pool at the top. It’s great they are keeping it nice but frustrating when they do the works in peak holiday season.

We weren’t informed that the pool was closed. Disappointed as I wanted to use it as only one with access for me

Complex a little dated but they are working on it. Apartment could do with some plastic tumblers and plates for children.

Very good location with everything around within 10min walk. 7 pools. Apt has 2floors, 2bed,2bath,2balcons. Very good even for 4-6 people. Well equipped, pretty new kitchen with everything what is needed

Mare Verde is large complex built in 1985 what is plus ( Location) and minus ( some areas needs update,dirty pools) Apt needs more attention ( not Check in/ check out cleaning but general more cleaning as sofas, cushions,covers), apt is located near the busy street what is a bit inconvenient especially evenings ( pub,,shop, buses every few minutes). Lower level with AC, higher level 1bad AC,1 fan only. General: fair rating around 7,5-8/10. Worth it but depends on price and expectations

can’t fault the property at all , clean , very well equipped, it as everything you could need and more . the location is spot on , closed to everything. there was some work being done to the facilities around the pool area but it shows that their keeping things up dated and did not ruin our stay as we used the beach more .

Lovely, modern and clean duplex. Home from home. Has everything you need including dishwasher! Great location and facilities.

The management company are appalling. We landed late at night, single mum with two young kids. Messaged housekeeping to meet us with the key. Nobody turned up and after almost 2 hours of phone calls. I was told they’d made a mistake and put someone else in our apartment! The management company were extremely rude telling me he would give me my money back and I could “find somewhere else to stay”, as I expressed my frustration with the situation. Eventually if was sorted. The poor family who were in our property had their belongings removed leaving behind their passport, money and jewellery! When they came the following morning to collect it they said they came back to an empty apartment! Although it was eventually sorted, it was really stressful and quite upsetting. On arriving back in the UK I notified Bookings.com of the problem. The property faces the road opposite a noisy bar which is very loud every night. Also building works in the apartments below so lots of drilling and banging. the pool was partly closed for refurbishment. Complex quite tired but excellent location.
