Läget var perfekt för vår resa! Så många mysiga uteserveringar, torg och restauranger i närheten. Bra storlek på rummen i lägenheten, bra ytor att umgås på. Fräscht och rymligt badrum.

Trångt trapphus, svårt att komma in med barnvagn. Trångt även i hissen (plats för 1 person).

お湯が出ないから２日間続けてシャワーを浴びることが出来ない！エアコンは電源が落ちていて使えない！寒い！

Sehr kurze Wege in die Stadt und ans Meer. Gute Aufteilung mit zwei separaten Zimmern. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Eigentlich nichts. Ich habe den Eigentümer Vorschläge mitgeteilt. Es sollten die Installationen überprüft werden, Gewürze in der Küche wären nett und die Vorhänge in den Zimmern könnten besser abdunkeln.

La limpieza, la decoración cuidada y los detalles que encontramos como acogida supusieron una gran satisfacción .

No tener persianas y la pésima insonorización. Me resulta sorprendente que, para tan cuidada decoración, la idea de instalar persianas o batientes como los tan típicamente mallorquines que podíamos ver por la ciudad brillara por su ausencia. En una ciudad como Palma, el poder matizar luz solar es muy importante. Por otro lado, la insonorización era inexistente, con lo que sufrimos el ambiente nocturno callejero de un viernes por la noche como si estuviéramos en la fiesta misma. Dormir se hizo más que difícil para algunas de las viajeras. A tener en cuenta para próximas visitas.

I loved everything about this apartment. I think its fair to say that the location was the absolute highlight! But also the communication with the hosts and the cleanliness stood out to us. Would book again & again. Thank you!

Perfect location nestled in the old Palma with quality tapas, established eateries as well as new restaurants and short walking distance to many sites, most by doorstep. Coffee pods and drinks a plenty, very much appreciated! Priceless advise on good places to eat out from first.

Shower not always hot enough for this time of year and TV not smart.

It was a lovely arrangement and facility for four people, in a wonderful location.

Little really, though we would have welcomed a kettle - not worth chasing as we were in the city’s heart with cafes and restaurants all about.

Fantastic location and even better hosts. Allowed us to be flexible with check in times due to early flights etc. Such a homely feel and surrounded by things to see and places to eat. Would 100% recommend
