Casablanca House

Excelente apartamento, cómodo, con todo lo necesario y muy bien ubicado, muy cerquita de supermercados, restaurantes y del centro de Corralejo, a todo lpuedes ir andando. Estancias amplias y dormitorios con grandes armarios y perchas. El baño también genial, con champú , gel de baño y crema hidratante Los dueños muy atentos, cualquier duda o consulta te responden rápidamente.

Los colchones están genial, pero uno de ellos, para mí gusto, es un poco duro, aunque estas son opiniones muy personales. Lo único que echamos en falta fue un tostador.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles sauber, fußläufig zu Strand und Gastronomie. Küche war gut ausgestattet

Parkplatzsuche (gratis) war manchmal etwas schwierig

La localización, el aparcamiento , la amabilidad del propietario, lo confortable y completo de la vivienda, los servicios.

Un apartamento muy acogedor y muy bien situado. Lorenzo y Georgia muy agradables y la comunicación muy fàcil. Esperamos volver pronto

Essendo un appartamento intero con tutte gli elettrodomestici non c’è nulla di meglio a cui aspirare, a pochi passi dal lungo mare e zona ristoranti

Everything was clean and tidy. The property looks just like the images shown, so no surprises. It's a lovely property well presented by it's owners who are happy to assist wherever possible. The property is on the main road from the ferry port, so the traffic noise is up and down depending on the times of the cargo ferries docking, but as the bedrooms are to the back of the property, you don't hear anything. Even during the times I was in the property during the day, the traffic didn't bother me at all even with the balcony doors both open; I guess it's because I live in a city that traffic doesn't bother me, but it can be loud with artic lorries or smaller passing by. As a solo traveller, I always opt for properties on a higher floor and this property is on the first floor which was fine - note that there is no lift, and the stairs in the communal area are narrow in width, so you may have to go up and down a couple of times with luggage or shopping if you're solo. I did have an issue with the TV not picking up any signal, so reported this and the issue was dealt with the day after reporting the matter, which turned out to be a loose connection. You also have access to Amazon and Netflix on the Smart TV, although I didn't end up using Netflix, just normal tv or Amazon here and there.

It was very noisy as the appartment is situated on a busy road. The washing machine was broken on arriving and did not get replaced until after 2 weeks - as per owners "everything is very slow in the Canary islands"
