"Beautiful apartment with beautiful views and easy access to beach and trams"

Beautiful view of the sea from the windows. It was walking distance to beach, supermarkets and tram stop. Only 10-15 minutes tram ride to centre of Alicante. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Could do with more blinds on some of the windows in the living area.

In the description about facilities it was said that there is a balcony, so was expecting that, but there is no balcony in the apartment.

Widok zza okna , plaża 2 minuty, przystanek 5 min , restauracja 1 min, mały plac zabaw na obiekcie, basen na obiekcie.

Gdy wracaliśmy ze spacerów w apartamencie było zimno . Zanim kaloryfer i klimatyzacja ogrzały apartament to minęło trochę czasu. Zupełnie by mi to nie przeszkadzało gdybym była bez dzieci. Jednak ze zmęczonymi maluchami wejście do zimnego apartamentu nie było komfortowe.

Świetna lokalizacja i wspaniały widok na morze.

Przydałyby się kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy przynajmniej na pierwszy dzień przyjazdu. Wiedzielibyśmy w jakiego typu kapsułki się zaopatrzyć....

"Wizyta w styczniu 2026"

Lokalizacja apartamentu jest bardzo dobra przy samej plaży. Widoki z okna piękne zarówno w dzień jak i wieczorem. To co na zdjęcich wygląda jak balkon tak naprawdę jest oknem przesuwanym typu patio. Latem można zamienić w pokój z otwartą jedną scianą. My byliśmy w styczniu więc ciągnęło chłodem. Jest możliwość dogrzania mieszkania za pomocą klimatyzatora oraz grzejnika elektrycznego. Blisko znajdują się knajpki i kafejki. Sam apartament składa się z 2 pokoi i pomieszczenia gospodarczo-garderobianego z wieszakami i półkami. Można skorzystać z parkingu w cenie apartamentu.

Potrzebowaliśmy czasu aby ogrzać mieszkanie. Naczynia kuchenne, a dokładnie patelnie nie powinny być używane. Są przepalone i bez warstwy teflonu. Brak też korkociągu ale są lampki do wina🤣.
