Coast 150 Puerto

La ubicación, el tamaño del apartamento y la comodidad de las camas. A destacar la atención de Lyma, desde el primer momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros y el último día tuvo la amabilidad de dejarnos el apartamento más tarde de las 12 horas porque nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde.

No había aire acondicionado ni ventiladores y, al coincidir con una ola de calor, ha sido incómodo. Comentar también que la limpieza era superficial.

la situation centrale et la terrasse extra. Ce qui nous a gêné c'est la chaleur dans les chambres et avec les fenêtres ouvertes, il y avait beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. C'est ce qui était dommage. Sinon l'appartement est super et très bien placé avec une terrasse très agréable.

An amazing location in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. Literally half way between the lovely Lago Matiánez and the busy Plaza del Charco. 5 minutes walk in both directions ! La Calle Hoya is one street back from the front so not quite as busy but still has restaurants and bars to choose from. The apartment itself was more spacious than expected with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 good sized bathrooms, an ample kitchen/ utility, a large dining room, a large sitting room and a generous balcony for watching the street life go by. We did very little cooking but the kitchen was well equipped and had pretty much all you would need. The host was very helpful in her WhatsApp communications.

A few minor points here. Firstly the view to the rear is not great, a piece of unloved waste ground and the backs of surrounding properties. Absolutely nothing the host can do anything about though. Secondly there were quite a few cockroaches in the kitchen. I don't think they're too much of a problem but the host could / should address this. The bathroom to the main bedroom needs a little work, the shower curtain is torn and dirty and the window by the shower needs a thorough clean. As the property has no air.con. I would suggest that a couple of floor standing fans would be useful. We had mid to high 20's and coped but much warmer would be unpleasant. If hiring a car you should note that there is no on-site parking ! The closest possible free parking is 4 minutes away but generally full. We parked on the enormous Explanada del Muelle ( about 8 minutes walk ) and it was fine. ( excepting a dent to our hire car ! ) Supermarkets are 5-10 minutes walk away.

Estilo y comodidad

Locatia nu are vedere spre ocean ca are o cladire in fata, dar e aproape oricum de faleza, locatia este foarte buna. Mobilierul este folosit, dar foarte util, camerele sunt mari si ai spatiu de relaxare avand 2 canapele. Am avut la dispozitie o bucatarie foarte echipata, masina de spalat, uscator electric, uscator pe balcon, uscator de par, masa de calcat, fier de calcat. Paturile sunt foarte conformtabile, dulapurile pline cu umerase si prosoape. Prizele sunt normale, nu sunt ca in anglia, dar oricum sunt si prelungitoare in apartament. Am primit si factura pe email. Ai un balcon urias unde poti servi masa si si o sufragerie la fel de frumoasa. In apartament sunt 2 televizoare.

Curatenia lasa de dorit, in bai am intalnit 3 gandaci uriasi. A fost necesar sa cumparam noi solutii de curatenie si hartie igienica.
