Lovely apartment and great location

Very good location, close to the beach (10 minutes walking), nice view with a pool in front of the apartments. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had someone clean the apartment for us almost every day (with towels changed). Quiet place, parking available on the street. Also, the city center is not far away. Good restaurants nearby. Overall, the best thing of this apartment was its accessibility.

Our stay was overall satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved - the apartment felt a bit dated, with old furniture, so I felt the price was slightly high considering this. No hairdryer, washing machine or cleaning products.

Quiet location. Secure apartment with a gated entrance to the road. There's also a strong safe, if you need it, in one bedroom. Our key cost us 10 Euros. Useful to have a spare bedroom for extra storage. Small pool but good for the situation.

If you walk the ascent from Puerto Rico port area to Palmasol you will be much fitter after a week! The twin beds were a bit hard and creaky. No aircon and no fans for the Summer visitor. Only Spanish TV channels, so nothing to watch for most foreign visitors.

Had everything needed. Basic but serviceable.

This is a beautiful place, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the shower was amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean and the pool is well maintained. I really liked the furniture too, it's very tasteful. The location is also excellent, not far from the bus station and lots of shops and the beach.

Unfortunately the whole area doesn't get any sun in the morning, only from about lunchtime. Also there is no power socket in one of the bedrooms. Both issues not a big deal though.

Lovley quiet apartment complex. Pool side apartment,, room was ample size and very clean. Location good, walk to centre or beach , 5 minutes .

No mini mart very nearby, but no big deal, just go supermarket and fill up the fridge .

View. Cleanliness. Distance to shoping center. Nice cleaning lady and contact with the owner.

The beds are not comfortable, they creak. The sofa in the living room is not comfortable. But the worst thing that happened was when the animals from England moved in, they screamed all nights and they even rude to me when I asked them to be quiet (in principle, this didn’t even surprise me, I didn’t expect anything else). The owner said that if they made noise again then he would call the police and they were thrown out of the hotel, but fortunately the next day they flew to their den
