El casero fue muy agradable con nosotros desde el principio, flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, se llega al centro andando en menos de 15 minutos y es una zona tranquila para dormir.

El mobiliario está bastante descuidado y envejecido (por ejemplo, puertas rotas y que no pudimos cerrar por miedo a quedarnos encerrados, sábanas y toallas bastante desgastadas, enchufes rotos y no funcionales). Y la limpieza del apartamento dejaba bastante que desear.

Es un apartamento muy amplio y bien ubicado

No estaba limpio, tuvimos que limpiar toda la vajilla antes de usarlas, en las sábanas había pelos y las toallas olían mal

La nevera no enfriaba correctamente y la calefacción tardaba mucho en llegar a la temperatura indicada

El salón amplio y el bańo reformado.

Los utensilios de cocina estaban sucios, el menaje viejísimo, los colchones malísimos, la litera enclenque y las puertas estaban rotas.

Muy bien ubicado y muy grande, con capacidad para grupos. Salón amplio y muchas camas. En general, cumple las expectativas para estar un fin de semana visitando Logroño-

El piso es antiguo, salvo el baño que está reformado. La cocina se nota que tiene muchos años y le faltaban utensilios.
