Costa Lairaga Suite. Beachfront! Air conditioned

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in direkter Nähe. Eine Bushaltestelle war ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist gut geschnitten und bietet genügend Platz.

Es gab ein Problem mit Ameisen um das sich leider nicht gekümmert wurde auch nachdem ich es der Verwaltung mitgeteilt habe. Und es gab ein Leck im Dach und Wasser gelangte ins Wohnzimmer. Darum wurde sich aber schnell gekümmert.

When we arrived the apartment were not cleaned. We had days before arrival contacted the host for confirming the check in. We called the host severeal times, very hard to get a hold of the host. When we finally got a hold of the host he was rude, and told us that the cleaning company were on their way. WE HAD TO WAIT 3 HOURS for them to come. Dirty beedsheets, bathroom dirty, dirty towels etc. So we had to clean it ourselves, then after 3 hours the cleaning company came and gave us clean bedsheets and towels. We had a tired child with us that couldn´t go to sleep as the beds were dirty. After a few days the digital code lock broke, we immediately reported it to the host. Door wouldn´t open from inside so the door needed to be open. We then had to wait 5 HOURS for the host to come and fix it. Had to contact costumer service at Booking for help to get a hold of the host, as we waited for hours and they didn´t come. We couldn´t go anywhere as we were given the master key in order to temporarly use the door. In order to fix the door they needed the master key. The host wasn´t answering the phone/or message while we waited. It´s not acceptable that we needed to wait 5 hours for someone to come and fix the lock. We had plans that day that were ruined because of the waiting otherwise we had to sleep with an open door. When the host finally came, he was VERY RUDE. Air conditioning is not working. Bad wifi connection in the apartment. The terass is combined, not private as it seems in the add. I don´t recommend this stay - if any problems appear with the apartment - the host is not available to help and nearly impossible to get a hold of both by phone and Booking site.

Bien situado cerca de la playa de Cicer para surf y las canteras y decoración bonita.

La puerta de la entrada no abria con el codigo pero afortunadamente habia una llave para abrir, los inquilinos de otros apartamentos abrían la puerta a la fuerza. El lavabo del baño estaba atascado. La terraza muy agradable, y aunque parecía propia del apartamento es comunitaria.

El apartamento era muy espacioso y luminoso. La situación inmejorable, a un paso de la playa de Las Canteras y con todos los servicios cerca. El anfitrión excepcional, pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuvimos y muy amable.

Eché de menos algunos productos básicos: balleta para limpiar, azucar, sal, cosas que cuesta poco tener y que vienen muy bien cuando se va a un apartamento. Un poco de lío con las luces de los ventiladores, que tienen todas los mismos mandos y al encender una se encendían otras a la vez. El código de la puerta al principio nos dio problemas para entrar, pero después cuando le cogimos el truco ya no.
