Monte del Moro

A fantastic spacious well appointed apartment with a private terrace overlooking gardens & beyond to the sea. San Agustin is a quieter resort with easy bus service to other areas of the island.

Happy to report that there was nothing we didn't like.

The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped. Everything is new and clean. Our staying was very comfortable Owner, is very nice and very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp. Will go back if travelling again to San Agustin. - Swimming pool was gorgeous and luxurious, but freezing in December as not heated. - The terrace/patio is extremely nice with sunbeds and dining set furniture. - The kitchen is very well equipped, and the space was very comfortable. There were cooking ingredients as salt, sugar, olive oil to start with. - HIgh qualty towels, and there were enough of them. - Very good laundry tower. - Good air-conditioning. - Quiet and safe location. - Nearest access to beach is close by, but it has 155 step up/down. Scenery is very beautiful. - Nearest supermarket Spar is about 400m/5 min walk and there is shorter access to beach as well.

Following are mostly rather notes than issues - No good place to hide luggage - No microwave oven - Location is up hills a bit outside of St. Agustin , no easy access to the beach - Parking near apartment was impossible during December/high season - For some reason, it was not easy to get a taxi from the road or station. Queues everywhere. But hotels are really helpful, and they will call you a taxi. About 5-10 min waiting. - Nearest supermarket Spar is a tourist price supermarket. So go to Lidl if you have a chance. - WiFI was complicated to set up. Might be because of our pre-paid SIM card? - Little bit pricy during high season. - Door Code Box for opening the gate didn’t work on arrival, but it was fixed. The Key Box is in the pillar before apartment door. You can’t see box when going to door -> need to look backwards if standing next to door - Not Adults only /not no-smoking, either. Newborn in neighbour and somebody smoked in the area. Not too much of disturbance though - only occasionally
