Es herrscht hier eine außergewöhnliche Ruhe. Der Ausblick super schön und die Lage perfekt um mit dem Auto die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erobern. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig. Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt.

Tip: Etwas helleres Licht am Esstisch wäre wünschenswert.

Cockroach infestation, tried to downgrade us to an apartment with a view to a apartment facing a wall. Rubbish on the floor, bed sheets had melted plastic on them slept for 4 nights with no bed cover. Fumigated property with our stuff in it with out letting us know, after fumigation shower flooded apartment. At first they offered to cancel our stay meaning we lose our money because they have an infestation. Insulted us by telling us about everyone’s lovely stay. No welcome pack had to message to ask for WiFi password. Took until the 3rd day for them to call to ask if they could help. After spending the 2 days before belittling our complaint making us feel like we should have been lucky to be staying there and like they did there upmost to help when in reality it was completely terrible hosting. The worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life of travelling. I came home more stressed then I left. Wasted 5 days to feel like I lived in a youth hostel. I’m majorly upset with the waste of time and money I invested in the holiday from hell. Wasn’t until the last day when again there was a HUGE cockroach in the sink they offered a partial refund. No part of how they treated us was acceptable or professional. My clothes are ruined from having to spray everything with bug spray the day we left so that we wouldn’t transfer the infestation home with us. I’ve tried to wash them but they are stained by the spray. I’m absolutely livid, I went with my best friend of 15 year and we have never had an argument until this holiday because we were both so stressed, tired, traumatised, anxious, upset, angry and generally so fed up. We both are single mums and both mentally booked this trip to relax and heal and have time for ourselves. This didn’t happen. I couldn’t wait to go home. Even though I complained about the sheets and the mess nothing was done.

Appartamento fronte mare, con un patio esterno con un tavolino e 2 sdraio. Possibilità di parcheggio in parte alla casa. Bellissimo poter fare colazione o cenare guardando il mare. Da tenere in considerazione che per raggiungere Charco del Palo ci si allontana dai paesi principali e quindi è consigliato soggiornarci se non si ha la necessità di uscire la sera e avere una scelta di locali/ristoranti vicino. Ce ne sono un paio. L'appartamento è spazioso e dotato dell'indispendabile per poter cucinare. Host gentilissima, sempre veloce nelle risposte. Ci ha cambiato gli asciugamani nell'arco di una settimana. Facilissimo check in e out in autonomia.

Gli arredi sono decisamente datati e andrebbero riammodernati. Anche il bagno necessiterebbe di essere sistemato. Sarebbe utile un maggiore livello di cura/pulizia dell'ambiente interno. Essendo comunque al piano terra è necessario mettere in conto l'ingresso di qualche insetto poco piacevole (forse sarebbe opportuno mettere del disinfestante.. cucaracha!). Nel parcheggio davanti l'appartamento sostano spesso dei camper che di fatto tolgono la vista sul mare.. però non c'è molto da fare!

Appartamento dotato di tutte le cose necessarie per soggiornare (lavatrice compresa) e cucinare (fornello a induzione e microonde, bollitore, scaldatoast, alcuni condimenti). Personale preposto invisibile (comunicazioni solo per messaggio o per telefono), ma attento e molto disponibile (tutte le richieste per piccole dimenticanze o problemi più grossi sono state tempestivamente o quasi risolte). Nonostante non sia in prossimità del mare, questo è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Posto molto tranquillo e silenzioso sia la notte che di giorno (compatibilmente con l'indole dei vicini dall'altra parte delle pareti), ampio parcheggio, spazi all'aperto gradevoli.

Nulla. Forse leggermente caro, rispetto alle aspettative, ma i prezzi a Lanzarote ci sono sembrati davvero esplosi quest'anno.
