Very spacious, really good facilities in the apartment

No air con in second bedroom and ants

Perfect place, sea is on the other side of the road, apartament was comfortable, spacious and well equipped

Only thing that was missing were dishwasher tablets and toilet paper

Great location right across from the stony beach, for us it was perfect, quiet area with well kept apartments all around. Situated at the further end of Port de Pollença it makes a pleasant walk into the town along the seafront. Spacious well equipped apartment with a balcony and chairs for eating outdoors we saw some lovely sunrises across the bay and to the rear sunsets over the mountains.

One room was without conditionaire,you have to sleep with opened door,there was no tualet paper,other things O.K.

Great location with only a couple of minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach and la roca beach bar which also had a play park next to it and a lovely jetty to walk out to sea on. A few restaurants close by and its a lovely walk up to the square The kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom with towels and towels for the beach. Owner was great at responding to questions and ensuring we could drop off our bags while the cleaner was still there as our flight came in earlier than check in time. WiFi was great and log in details were on a notice board on the wall Lovely balcony with table and chairs with a view of the beach which is lovely when the sun is coming up in the morning It was a great price for the location and what we needed. If we had been a slightly larger group with more than 1 child it may not have been quite as suitable but that all depends on how much you want to use the pool as opposed to the beach

The pool isn't really suitable for small children and there were only 3 sun loungers. We didn't actually use the pool for this reason so instead went to the beach everyday. (4 adults and a 1 year old ) No outside lights were working so it made it difficult to get up the stairs to the second floor and to see the key box for the door key (altho not an issue once fixed) Beds weren't the most comfortable but I've definitely slept in worse! Would benefit from a welcome folder with instructions on how to use the tv, how to leave the apartment and where to put the rubbish etc. Owner has since notified me that there is a sign for the rubbish however we didn't find it in time so could definitely be more prominent The apartment is on the 2nd floor which I didn't actually realise when booking. Sometimes took a few trips to take things upstairs especially with needing to take the pushchair up and down but it was manageable. Could possibly be a little clearer in the details but probably also my own fault when booking as the price was so great!

To start with the communication was great and the apartment was prepared at the last minute. The owner welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The apartment is very good. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwashing machine, washing machine, spices, coffee and everything. The balcony is nice with a fantastic view. The air-conditioning worked very good. It was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the fact that there was a balcony with the sea view and location of the apartment was perfect. Lovely big comfortable bed and good drench shower.

Found the toaster too small for two people and the fact that there was only one socket in the kitchen a bit annoying.
