AP City Suite - City View over Tampere and Best Location

The location is perfect, building is new and clean, view is nice. The aparmtnent has the potencial to be perfect, but they would need to take care of it then - which they aparently don´t, which is shame.

I do like the apartment and everything about it BUT there are several problems - the first is that the info for the key etc. is not accurate, also the stuff is not speaking English, so it might be hard to get into the apartment - I don´t understand that at all. The second this time - the apartment was so messy that I can´t believe that either. Totally not vacuum-cleaned (I had to do it by myself to be able to stay in), dirty dishes with the rest of moldy food in oven and no idea when was the last time when they dusted a place or washed the windows (like really omg!) - this is so easy to be ok :( And the third thing - I have this experience with the company again (in another apartment) - they really don´t care much about the furniture at all :( The sofa is absolutely broken (when you lie down over it, it collapses), the chairs with the table are totally not stable at all, the bed is noisy and apparently very used already and the washing machine makes a strange sound during washing, so the equipment is from this point of view very bad :(

Beautiful apartment with excellent views over the city. Very close to the center.

The check in instructions where not accurate but the host was quick to help resolve the issue
