Taliarte Lighthouse Shared Terrace

The apartment has a great location (really close from Melenara beach and the restaurants) and was clean. The shared terrace is a great place to rest with a fantastic view.

The description and the pictures of the apartment aren't very clear and can be confuse: the one bedroom apartment doesn't have any beach or sea view, but a street view. Furthermore in the apartment the coffee maker and the microwave were missing. Some more towels and shampoo / soap should be provided. And we had problems with the WIFI (the router of the apartment never worked) but after 1 day a wireless device was delivered to us.

Generally everything is good. Clean room, fully equipped. Jacuzzi and solarium are good bonus.

1. One big confuse is registration process. Too many confirmation emails (I count 12 in my inbox folder). Registration form on another website to fill personal details (why did I fill up my account on booking.com ?). Request to pay safety deposit $100 on another website (for safety reason I just ignored that part). Finally a day before check-in I get an e-mail with access code. Small cons of apartments: 2. On booking.com there are mixed photos of 2 different apartments. 3. Poor sound isolation (I heard children speaking next apartment like there were no walls). 4. No shampoo in the shower. Unpleasant surprise when you consider that the rest of the furnishings and equipment are almost like home. 5. Food minimarket is too far.

Bed and pillows were super comfy! The town is small and quiet but there are few places to go in the evening for dinner or drink. It was very easy to park as well.

The jacuzzi has far much too chlorine unfortunately

Spacious clean apartment with good facilities.

Location, next to beach but not close to any shops, restaurants, bars, other places etc. Quite noisy from other people staying in the apartment block.
