Ruokailuvälineet ym likaiset, aluksi sai tiskata kaikki mitä aikoi käyttää kattilasta aterimiin. Kylpyhuoneessa hyvin todennäköisesti kosteusvaurioita, lattian muovimatto irti kaivon ympäriltä ja vanhat lastulevyseinät kupruilee.
