Arctic Penthouse City Suite

Spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Bed is comfy. Intelligent check in procedure. Host is responsive.

The heater/radiator didn't work at all, we felt extremely chilled at night. We text the owner but she claimed it works well. However, we didn't manage to have the warmth even until we check out. Sauna doesn't work very well also as it gets long time to heat up as per given instruction.

the communication and the indications given by the host are perfect and the apartment is very well equipped.

It was an wonderful stay in Rovaniemi. Highly recommend this apartment. Hope to be here also in the next year :)

The apartment was very cosy and airy. I'd especially mention the sauna, location and the owner's hospitality - even in high season, the owner was kind enough to manage an early check-in for us as we arrived quite early and had a heavy luggage. I really appreciate the gesture. We would be very happy to come back here, felt like home.

The only thing we missed was a kettle to boil water for tea, but we managed without it just fine.

The apartment was very nice and clean and in very good location only few mins from city centre. The self checkin was easy and convenient.

It was a bit chilly in the apartment despite having the heating on.
