Clean and well-equipped apartment. Clear instructions for check-in and easy to find the key. Location not bad, 10-15 mins walk to shopping center and railway station. Apartment is big enough for large group, 3 of us can really have a bed to sleep instead of bed+sofa bed, and 2 toilets in apartment is a plus!

All good to us ! Only the keybox is a bit far from the apartment.

Maybe suggest a welcome basket . With tea, coffee milk, sugar , bread, butter etc ( even for additional cost as the accommodation was great value anyway) . We would have definitely opted for this as we arrived quite late with 4 children and would have been ideal after a long day travelling

The codes the keys being picked up from key safe in a car park. Trying to find garage and flat in the building lol

The location was very central. Apartment was beautiful inside & nice and warm throughout our stay. Decor was lovely & views lovely too. Balcony was an added bonus. Beds very comfy. Apartment modern with all mod cons.

The only issue we had is that the key lockbox is not situated beside the apartments. It is in fact a 10 min walk back into the centre of town but that wasn't specified in the instructions about the key code etc. We found ourselves outside the apartment block with all our luggage for a group of 7 people & were then told that we had to walk back into town to get the key. That was not acceptable after travelling to Rovaniemi & having all our luggage with us. We met another family in the same predicament as us & it was -20 degrees. I must add though, in our case, we had a child with a medical issue & when we contacted the service manager & explained the situation, they turned up within minutes with the key & didnt expect us to walk back into town.

Lage, gute zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Küche gut ausgestattet. Sauna!

We couldn’t find the key lock box to get the front door key but the host came instead in person to give a key when I called for help.
