"Quiet relaxed and good location - well worth the money."

Lovely flat in v scenic and quiet location. Well equipped kitchen and had some provisions already there.

Shower area could have been cleaner - though more grimy than dirty.

"Logement parfait pour découvrir la région"

L'emplacement du logement est particulièrement apprécié. La proximité du tramway permet de facilement rayonner dans les villes alentours et de découvrir les beautés de la Costa Blanca :)

"Nous y avons passé un séjour parfait."

C'est une résidence très calme, parfaite pour les séniors, à 4 km du centre de El Campello, avec un arrêt de tramway à 10 min. L'appartement est situé au 2ème étage, avec l'ascenseur, très spacieux et un grand balcon, face à la mer. L'équipement est complet, dans les moindres détails, et la présentation de nôtre hôte, qui est venu nous accueillir, nous a permis de profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Nous y sommes restés 4 semaines, en septembre 2025, la température de la mer (la plage est a quelques minutes de la résidence) était encore de 25° lors de nôtre départ. Tout à côté il y a quelques bars et restaurants et un magasin d'alimentation, petit mais très complet. La ville d'Alicante se trouve à 40 min par tram, idem pour Benidorm.

Un deuxième jeux de clés serait bien utile quand on est deux car pour aller à la plage il faut ouvrir au moins deux portiques.
