The property was sufficiently large and clean.

The property manager was not helpful. She couldn't explain the wifi password or how to operate the dryer, which she later admitted didnt work. There was no detergent for the washer. The heating system had warm spots. The garage was a nightmare to maneuver. Towels were inadequate. Beds were not supportive. Would not return. This is definitely not a "luxury" accommodation.

The building might be luxury but apartment needs to be updated to be considered luxury.
