Las Fresas Puerto Rico

The apartment was brilliant. It was spacious, clean, and modern. Air-conditioning was a big plus. The pool area was very nice. There was construction work being done (as described), but it didn't affect our stay at all. Would recommend, and would stay again. The host was nice and very helpful and was easily contactable.

There was a little noise at night.. but it was not that bad despite other comments.. didn't really bother us sleeping, to be honest. Great stay!

The late night music was difficult for children

it doesn't have air conditioning, it smells bad in the bathrooms and in the rooms, it doesn't have parking (I got 2 fines for parking right next to the apartment, and when I booked it said that there is free parking but you have to park your car where you can find it, it can be several hundred meters from the location, I'm very sorry but I didn't have a pleasant experience at this apartment, those pictures don't correspond to reality, and you can hear very loud music until 4 in the morning from a nearby bar, so it's terrible with a small child you actually have to try to sleep with the window closed and you suffocate from the heat, I booked this apartment looking at the reviews I received (superb) but unfortunately this location is not worth it (superb)

Great location, Clean and comfortable

No lift

The location in terms of accessibility was great, close to the shops, 12 minutes walk to the beach and only 2 flights of steps to go up and down (for the area this is very good!). Inside the property was the best I have seen; spotless, very well equipped, comfortable beds and sofa. A small balcony upstairs and a larger terrace downstairs (this was not private but a pleasant area with a patio table and chairs).

There is quite a bit of noise from the commercial Centre which the property overlooks, albeit 100m up the hill, from 2200-0330. Not too much of an issue in February as we could survive with the windows closed but in summer I think the planned air conditioning would be a big bonus! Or ear plugs!

Absolutely everything nothing to fault

Everything was perfect

Location was excellent (you might need earplugs at night as music from commercial centre carries to the property). Kids loved the swimming pool and it was never busy during our stay. House had everything we needed for our weeks stay.

The terrace appears larger in the photos than in reality but again it was large enough for our party of 4.
