"I would say 7 out of 10 for our stay"

Modern app. newly renovated. Balcony in bedrooms.

Small bathrooms, Nowhere to hang towels. No good knives in the kitchen. The app. is situated in a shopping center surrounded by closed businesses. It's all concrete and not very clean in front of the apt.

The bedding was fresh and smelled good. The shower had great water pressure.

The layout is better suited to two couples with kids. The couches weren't comfy. The coffee maker stymied me and the fridge smelled bad.

"Nice stay in Madrid"

The rooms were clean, we had all we need there. The T-Homes team was there for us every time we asked for help. A good advice for you is to never leave the keys inside the house, because the door cannot be opened once closed. The apartment has 2 baths, 2 small bedrooms, a balcony shared by the bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay there. 8 minutes to the Fuencarral metro station, 2 minutes to Lidl and Mercado ( big grocery store we recommand ).
