Sijainti erinomainen tarkoitukseen nähden ja asunto helppo löytää

Asuntoa ei ollut siivottu kunnolla ennen meidän tuloa. Lattialla oli pölyä, jääkaapissa edellisen majoittujan ruokia ja likaa, pyykkikorissa edellisen majoittujan pyykkiä, vessapaperia ja käsisaippuaa liian vähän kolmelle hengelle. Myös voimakas hajusteen tuoksu ja jouduimme heti tuulettamaan. Aiemmin kävimme samassa asunnossa ja silloin siisteys erinomainen. Tällä kertaa epäkohdista ilmoitettu, hyvitystä emme saaneet.

I would absolutely not recommend staying here due to non-existent customer service, missing basic items, and misleading practices. First, the host promised to send the key codes and check-in details at 16:00, but she sent nothing until I had to proactively message her. Once we arrived, the key box was incredibly difficult to find. When we called the host for guidance, she rudely told us she was "too busy" because she was in the sauna and told us to just check our messages. It is completely unacceptable that paying guests are expected to wait around just because the host is so busy. Second, while we were on our way, she tried to upsell us to a different apartment for an extra 10 Euros. We explicitly refused and told her we wanted the original apartment we booked through Booking.com. However, when we finally got inside, we were shocked to find she had switched us to a completely different apartment anyway. To make matters worse, it wasn't even properly cleaned—I am attaching photos of the dirty areas they missed. Finally, there are massive hidden costs and absolutely zero amenities provided: *Mandatory extra fees: They do not allow you to bring your own bed linens and towels due to "hygiene issues," forcing you to pay an additional fee. *No basic toiletries: You must bring your own shampoo and body wash because nothing is provided. *No kitchen essentials: If you want to use the oven, you even have to bring your own baking paper. *DIY cleaning required but no supplies: The rules state you must clean the apartment before checking out so you have to buy and bring your own sponges and tissues just to clean up after yourself. Save your money and peace of mind—book somewhere else where the hosts actually care about their guests and provide basic hospitality.

Sängyt olivat epämukavat, liinavaatteet olivat nuhjuiset, tyynyt olivat likaisia, lattioilla oli hiuksia. Maksoimme ekstraa liinavaatteista ja jouduimme silti käyttämään omia liinavaatteita.
