Location is ok

Very close to the centre of corralejo but still quiet. Lovely little apartment with good AC, comfy bed. Modern.

No shade around the pool or on the patio, an umbrella would be very useful. I received a lot of emails and whatapp messages from the company that manages it, this could definitely be simplified! I found the useful information was lost in all the repeat info

Be careful they didnt give us back the caution and they are thieves. they Rob us 100€ and also there are mice in the house. Dont come here!

in the many years that we have visited Corralejo this was the worst accommodation we have ever selected. If I compare to previous accommodations booked on booking.com, Airrbnb and VRBO, the pre-checking prior to the arrival was over complicated. We were advised that as the pre-checking was done in advance, we needed to make our way to the complex, ring the bell at the gate and the key of the apartment was kept in a safe place. We arrived at the complex and to our dismay there was no bell to ring and the gates were locked,  with absolutely no-one around at the time to help. We tried to contact the owner without response, after around 40min of walking around the whole complex walls, eventually by luck someone walked out of the complex which enabled us to get inside the complex. After this first challenge, we found the apartment and the keys for the apartment and complex gates were left as per message received.Upon opening the door to the apartment, the smell of dampness wasn’t pleasant, the net curtain by the door was mouldy. A TV and internet router were fixed by the wall but with only one plug  could only switch one or the other. The kitchen was okay but no toaster.  The bathroom and bedroom were okay too but unfortunately the smell in the apartment was unpleasant.Again poor communication at check out, we were instructed to leave the key inside the apartment and lock the door but it was impossible to do with the type of sliding door, it was either we leave the key inside and leave the door unlocked or locked the door and leave the key outside.Overall, this apartment is overpriced for what it was, bad and wrong communication at check-in and checkout and the smell is off-putting. Would not recommend unless they take care of the smell and check in/out procedure

Room very comfortable shower fantastic, very clean

No toilet facility on site, due to all apartments now been private lets

Confortable, clean and nice apartment with small but cozy terrace/balkon. It has everything that you need during your stay.

The only complaint is that there is no awning or anything that would provide shade on the terrace.
