Sijainti oli minun tarpeisiini hyvä: lyhyt kävelymatka ruokakauppaan, hiihtoladulle, ravintolaan, bussipysäkille jne. Majoituspaikka oli valmiina jo ennen varsinaista majoitusaikaa, asiasta ilmoitettiin hyvissä ajoin ja pääsin suoraan saavuttuani majoittumaan, mikä oli erinomaisen mukavaa. Huoneisto oli viileä/kylmä, mutta sain nopeasti yhteyttä majoittajaan ja lämpötilaongelma hoidettiin välittömästi kuntoon. Muutoinkin kontaktointi majoittajan kanssa oli sujuvaa. Kuivauskaappi ja pesukone sekä astianpesukone olivat iso plussa.

Huoneiston siisteys oli melko hyvä, mutta siinä on jonkin verran petrattavaa (mm. wc:n pesualtaan siisteys, wc:n harjan voisi uusia). Astioita ja ruoanlaittovälineitä oli riittävästi, mikrokupu puuttui. Jäin myös kaipaamaan kokovartalopeiliä (huoneiston ainoa peili on wc:n peilikaappi). Säilytystilaa on niukasti, yhdelle riitti kaappitila nipin napin, mutta lipasto tmv. olisi tarpeen, koska hyllytila oli varattu lisäpeitoille ja -tyynyille.

Jos haluat tulla lomakohteeseesi ruokakaupan kautta suomalaisittain, niin tässä oiva kohde. Eli onko loma ollenkaan, jos ravintolapalveluista ei voi käyttää rahan puutteessa? Huoneen varustelu oli hiihtoa ajatellen hyvä, jopa kuivauskaappi ja pesukone käytössä. Saunan puute iso miinus.

Jos haluaa kykkiä viikon huoneessa ruokaa tehden, niin ok. Itävallassa oikeassa hiihtokeskuksessa huoneen 3/4-hoidolla saa samaan hintaan, jos säästää haluaa. Huoneen vuokraajaan ei saanut yhteyttä, oli ulkoistanut pikku bisnestä tehdessään kaikki paikalliselle huoltofirmalle. Tosi pitkä matka rinteeseen ja laduille, toki tämä näkyi hinnassa. Rinteet sopivat pienille lapsille, latuverkosto Levillä on erinomainen.

Warm. Clean. Lots of hot water. Well-equipped kitchen. Short walk from supermarkets, centre of Levi and Zero Point ski lifts.

I would not stay here again. There is no lift so not very accessible, you have to drag your luggage up the stairs. There is no proper reception. There is no clear instructions anywhere, we had to continuously contact the phone number booking.com provided to get in, get the Wi-Fi ect..(they don’t ever reply to messages on booking.com). When we arrived the mattress protector and all the bedding was covered in lots of different hairs. The bedding and towels are very old and tatty, for having to pay an additional 40e for them, I’d expect them to be great quality. We had to request a second lot as the first lot left on the bed unmade was filthy. The room itself was okay, lots of signs of wear and damage and poorly laid out. There is one wardrobe with 6 hangers and no shelves, we had to live out of a suitcase for the week. There is no way this room could comfortably fit 4. There is no luggage storage when you check out and your flight is later in the day, all hotels normally have this especially ski hotels, so we had to pay additionally for storage across the road 25e. With the additional costs and unconvinced it would have been better and cheaper to stay at a higher quality hotel closer to the slopes. Overall: Filthy, overpriced and far away from the lifts (12min walk), wouldn’t recommend.

Good location, quiet at night, Thai restaurant in the building with takeaway option, washing and drying facilities in apartment were great to have. Good shower and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Supermarket right over the street. Modern and clean apartment. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend and use again.

The heating control and options were a bit confusing. The air duct constantly blows cold air, which we understand for ventilation but it did get a bit cold at times. We were there in winter with temps well below -30c. Cooking was stressful as if the smoke alarm is activated it’s a €900 fine. This is understandable however the oven was smoking before we even put anything in! In the end you’re too nervous to cook….as the apartment is small and smoke alarm very close to the cooker. Lots of manuals in the cupboard BUT just some basic instructions for items would be good. For example the washing machine had a tap for the water to make it work. It took us ages to find this tap and work it out. Just small niggles that would improve the guests experience.
