Very comfortable apartment. Sauna was a great addition! Very close to town centre and bus stop is across the road, where you can catch bus to santa village and the airport.

No Response OR late reply!!!! 4 pm check in - I wait in front door with 4 degree weather! No one send me code let me go in . I need to called booking customer service complain and get the information. The apartment booking contact no is wrong number!

Very clean apartment with all kitchen appliances for making meals.

Poor communication with host. We booked last minute, however, we had to wait outside the apartment for an hour to get the PIN codes to enter. The host never responded to our request for the private parking spot as the street parking was full.

Location. Near the train station.

Host did not send the code for the door of the building until past 4pm and we were trying to contact him via messaging and calling with our phone for half an hour standing outside the building. After we entered the building and followed the instruction to get the key of our unit from the key box, there was no key in the key box. Again we tried to contact him. He finally picked up the call. We waited for another 15 min for him to send the key. He passed us the key without any apology.

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. There was everything provided for our 3 night stay. The location was great and close to all amenities. We would stay here again.

Communication regarding car park was poor. We arrived at night and couldn’t find the parking spot allocated for the apartment. We parked the car in someone else’s parking spot for 2 nights. I sent a message to the property owner but didn’t receive a reply until late on the 2nd night.

The location of the flat was on walking distance from the railway station, from food shops, and from the city centre. The flat was ok - two nice beds and a decent sofa bed. Sauna was nice!

The TV did not work properly and it turned out that the microwave was out of order. That caused some extra trouble (not being abĺe to heat up food). When we reported this we never received an answer from the host!! The third bed (sofa) had an extra mattress that was rather filthy. Likewise, the cleanliness of the flat could have been better.
