Homelike 1BR with Free Parking, Sauna & Balcony

Sijainti oli hyvä, asunto oli tilava, parveke erinomainen. Kaiken kruunasi hintaan sisältyvä parkkihallipaikka. Näkymä Näsijärvelle oli hyvä plussa. Tutustuimme myös talossa asuviin ihmisiin..

Siisti asunto kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Sijainti oli hyvä, näkymä järvelle ja sen rannalla ihanat puistotiet. Koiran kanssa todella helppo lähteä ulkoilemaan. Ainoa miinus tuli vieressä olevasta junaradasta, mutta onneksi asema oli niin lähellä että junien vauhti oli maltillista. Lyhyt matka kävellen keskustaan. Ilmainen parkkipaikka autolle. Ruokakauppa vieressä.

Too soft, old beds, uncomfortable to sleep. Unpleasant smell in sauna/bad room

The apartment is really big and clean. Savana was really good. If you plan to cook there was no oil which Is kind of an essential in the kitchen. The balcony is ok, but the pictures on the webpage are outdated and don't reflect the current situation. There is some outdoor furniture on the balcony i.e 2 couches. One of the couches was rather comfortable, the other not so much. In my opinion it would be better to put a dinning table there, so one could have a meal on the balcony. The location is good and if you like jogging there are some paths by the lake nearby where you can run. The apartment has parking which is a plus. However when leaving the apartment after check out, you leave the keys and card int he apartment. So in order to exit the apartment you need to call the attendant because you no longer have the keys. This was not clearly communicated so we were a bit lost at first in front of the gates

The picture of the view from the balcony is severely outdated and deceiving. They built a couple of buildings in front by the time the pictures were taken. so the view is very obstructed but you do get to see a patch of the lake. The train tracks right in front are not helping but at least the trains are really silent so we didn't have problems during night. Also there still seems to be some construction going on so maybe by the time you read it there could be more buildings in front. Windows on the balcony would definitely use some cleaning. All in all I believe calling it a luxury apartment is a bit of an overstatement. Also it would appear that there was no elevator access from the garage to the flat. There is a flight of stairs and we couldn't really find an elevator. Not sure if there isn't any or just hidden somewhere. So if you need handicap friendly accommodation it's worth double checking The mattress are really soft. Definitely too soft for my taste

The house was equipped with all necessary items and very comfortable.And the position was perfect for walking around the city center
