Ei ole vsrsinaisesti asunnon syy, mutta joku remontoi naapurustossa vielä puolenyön jälkeenkin.

Location is great - quiet with a large parking lot, nice and clean park beside the block and a good grocery shop within a 5 minut walking distance. Apartment is FULLY equipped and clean - just perfect.
