Great location and superb views from the rooftop terrace. It was great to watch the planes land and take off . The apartment was very cosy and the bed was comfy.

There was no hot water in the kitchen, which meant constantly boiling kettles to do washing up. Also, the description on booking.com said there was a hob and an oven, but there was just a hob. However the kitchen had many utensils and we managed well.

Lovely apartment spotlessly clean & tidy’ excellent kitchen. View of mt teide from the balcony is fantastic. Excellent communication from Eva regarding airport pick up and drop off. Would definitely book again fantastic place.

The apartment was clean and quite spacious. It had a balcony with a view of the airport and a semi-private terrace (every other day, you share it with another Booking apartment). The terrace had 2 deckchairs and a washing machine. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking was easy around the building. You're close to the sea but to get to an actual beach you have to drive (or walk to the Abrigos natural sea pools). Restaurants are close by and there's a supermarket 1min away. It's very close to the airport as well as to the highway so it's a good location when you want to travel by car to other spots. You do hear the airplanes though, so bear that in mind.

There's no AC and when we were there, it was extremely hot, so it would be nice to have it. There's no shared detergent for the washing machine which is unfortunate - you don't want to buy the whole thing if you're staying only a couple of days + you cannot bring it if you travel only with a carry-on. Other places we stayed at had it... Furthermore, the shower pressure was not as strong but it was ok. The kitchen had no cooking oil, just some leftovers from other guests, I guess. Last but not least, the bedroom has a window that leads to a common narrow "patio," where other windows are, meaning that if people from the other apartments decide to wake up super early and put on music / stay up late and watch TV with their windows open, you can hear it very easily.

The flat is amazing, room size so nice, very close to the airport (STF.) well-equipped the kitchen and a whole flat. The real estate broker she is amazing, so nice and helpful.

The bath size is very small, is like a half bath on the normal size.

i like the appartment but the location was not good it all ,its located next to the see n too much windy😩 i could not use the terras it all , and no room service,☺️
