Casa Zoe

The apartment was lovely and extremelygood value for money. It had everything you needed, including a safe. The location was perfect. The outside terrace had wonderful views over the old town and the harbour. It was very near to places to eat and the Spar supermarket. I can recommend both Hanky Pankey's restaurant and the Tapas restaurant, which are located next to the apartment. The apartment was clean, and although it is a studio for what we needed it for, it was perfect! I prefer to stay in a residential area and then go to the old or new town for meals and entertainment. The terrace was lovely, and the area with AstroTurf and sunbeds overlooking the pool was fab for a bit of sunbathing and relaxation. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The air conditioning was malfunctioning when we arrived, so I contacted the owners. They were quick to respond and told me a way that may have overridden the error code. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so I was informed a technician would need to have a look. When I asked when that would be, my message wasn't responded to, and the air conditioning was never fixed whilst we were there, which I felt very disappointed about.

A lovely apartment close to old town. Fantastic views over the harbour! The facilities were perfect.

*ATTENTION * google maps do not take you to the apartment. We arrived very late at night approx 1pm and we could not find the apartment. Taxi man dropped us and insitisted that we were at the right property but we could not find the apartment. It took us over half hour to find it. It was a worring time so late at night. I feel we should have been made aware of this. Please look at photos attached. It is right beside hanky pankys not further up the street as gogle maps indicates.

No wifi

Excellent location, cleanliness, and lovely apartment. Excellent pre arrival instructions from the host

No oven, Internet. Tv only showed Spanish language programmes and couldn't get the hob to work. A folder containing instructions would be useful. As the outline stated that there was no internet or cooker. Despite the tv and hob problems, the apartment still met my expectations.

The view

Location .. An quiet. Does exactly wat it said on the tin.

Clean and quiet. The owner facilitated an early check in which was great. Close to a supermarket and a couple of restaurants.

Balcony area was not very private. We could have used more towels etc.

Convenient location to Atlantis dive centre. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants. Apartment was clean and tidy and had 2 hob cooker, fridge freezer, microwave

No internet at the property. Air conditioning unit was very noisy. Carpet on terrace outside apartment was torn and a trip hazard. Extension lead had black tape across a socket so was potentially faulty.
