Huoneisto oli suht siisti muuten, mutta edellinen asiakas ei ollut ilmeisesti pessyt saunan lattioita sen jälkeen kun oli käyttänyt sitä vessana. Lisäksi vuokraaja lähetti laskun lisähenkilöistä vaikka sivustolla kuuden henkilön vuokra oli se josta maksoin. Saunan lauteet hajosivat vaarallisesti ja osa saunojista putosi lauteilta.
