Beautiful penthouse in the center of Helsinki

The property was generally suitable for hosting a large group. The spaces were well distributed and functional. What we appreciated the most were definitely the sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and the panoramic view from the balconies, which was truly beautiful and enjoyable.

Some organizational aspects could be improved. In particular, it wasn’t possible to heat the balconies because the gas cylinders were missing, which limited the use of the outdoor areas. The sofa bed was not prepared upon arrival, and it wasn’t clear where to find the bed linen. Additionally, there was no clear indication of which sofa was meant for sleeping. It would be more practical to place the sofa bed on the second floor, rather than on the first floor where, with many people, it’s used as regular seating.

Loved the location and ease of access for the trams into city centre. Pubs shops and restaurants very convenient. All the instructions easy from the owner. Four rooms very spacious for a group of 6 us.

Great location! Less than 10 minutes with tram to the city centre, the station is below the apartment. Also you have shops and restaurants fee.meters away. Apartment is very well equiped, spacious and quite new. Kitchen have everything what you need for using it.

Lack.of towels (we only have big ones, also we missed another ones for using the sauna), toilet paper (that's a must if you're there in fropu of 7 people), also you can't open the big windows (to fresh the air in the rooms). Owner should take care of this.

Very nice place, only had two things I was frustrated about. I do not feel like I got the full address of the property and the dryer should have better instructions because no matter what setting we put it on it would not dry the clothes.

Well-located, within a 20 minute walk of many of the things you would want to see in Helsinki. The apartment isn't huge, but isn't cramped either, and access to the balcony is a nice plus. Parking immediately under the building also works well. Ultimately a good option, rather than an outstanding one, but certainly a good one.

Communication could have been better and clearer, but we made our way through.
